Gas Leak Contained - PG&E is working on restoration
On Tuesday morning, 9/19/2023, a gas leak occurred in a gas dig-in, impacting a 3" gas main near Yale Ave and Cambridge Ave. The gas release did not go underground, and PG&E was able to contain the hazard at 11:39 a.m. Repairs are underway on the gas main. 13 customers were impacted and are currently experiencing an outage. PG&E is working on full restoration, estimated for later in the afternoon.
